- Data processed, purpose and legal basis of the processing
Navigation data analysis: while browsing the site, the computer and software systems that govern the operation of the site collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Examples of this type of data are the IP addresses of users who connect to the site and other information relating to the user's IT environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of processing anonymous statistics on the consultation of the site and to check the correct functioning of the latter, and are deleted immediately after processing. Schoolplus user area registration: to access and use the services relating to Mobilityforvet reserved area is necessary to enter some personal data in the relevant registration form. The communication of some data, such as name, surname, username, e-mail is mandatory to proceed with registration.
During the registration process, you can freely consent to the communication of your data to companies interested in the user profile, in order to facilitate job placement. Likewise, it is possible to consent to receive communications regarding new promotions and courses organized by ENAIP NET. The consent given can be freely revoked at any time.
Contacts: users can contact ENAIP NET through the appropriate contact channels. To respond to the requests received, it will be necessary to process some personal data, including the content of communications. - Processing procedures and recipients.
Schoolplus online platform acquires and processes personal data provided by users or otherwise acquired automatically during use of the platform. The personal data thus acquired will be processed by our employees without the aid of automated decision-making processes. Some data, such as that relating to the user account, will be processed and stored by hosting service providers that support and manage Schoolplus IT services.
- Data retention period
The related personal data acquired by e-mail or contact form will be kept only for the time necessary to process and fulfil user requests, unless there is another legal basis for the processing.
The personal data acquired by registering with Schoolplus will be kept for the entire duration of your registration. In the event of prolonged user inactivity, or in the event of a cancellation request, we will promptly delete the related information and access credentials.
- Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the opportunity to lodge a complaint with Italian Data Protection Authority (https://www.garanteprivacy.it/ ) in the event that he/she believes that some processing relating to his/her personal data is carried out in violation of current legislation.
The interested party has the right to obtain information regarding the processing of personal data concerning him/her, to obtain access and copy thereof also by common electronic means.
The interested party also has the right to be informed of the existence of adequate guarantees if the data are transferred to a third country.
Furthermore, the interested party has the right to obtain updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data and deletion of data and portability of the data processed.
The interested party has the right to request the limitation of the processing or to oppose, in whole or in part, the processing of personal data concerning him/her, also for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or advertising communication.
