On the 12th of December, the MoVET International Conference took place in Trieste, Italy, hosted by ENAIP NET at the Central European Initiative - CEI premises. The conference, organized as a two-part event, brought together key stakeholders from the Western Balkans and the European Union to address the challenges and opportunities of internationalizing and modernizing VET in Western Balkan countries.
The first part of the conference focused on the question of how to support the Western Balkans VET System in internationalization, while the second part highlighted ways to strengthen internationalization paths and identify future opportunities. Attendees included representatives from VET institutions and educators, VET policymakers from Western Balkan and EU partners, as well as international organizations, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders.
Throughout the event, speakers provided invaluable insights, shedding light on the importance of internationalization in VET, strategies for internationalizing VET systems, and how to overcome challenges in the Western Balkan region.
