The event for sharing the results of the MoVET project!

On Friday, November 22, APPK and AVETAE organized an event to share the results of the MoVET project (Mobility for VET in Europe), a project funded under the Erasmus+ scheme for VET (the pilot mobility scheme for the Western Balkans). This significant event brought together teachers, students, and other stakeholders to celebrate the achievements of the MoVET project and discuss its contributions to vocational education and training (VET) in Kosovo.

 Key Results of the MoVET Project:

- 130 students and 86 teaching staff from the Western Balkans participated in mobility programs.

- The GO + LEARN Model was developed, linking VET systems with labor market needs.

- Multilevel capacity-building activities were conducted, improving the competencies of managers, administrators, trainers, and students.

- A sustainable and adaptable mobility management model specifically designed for the Western Balkans was implemented.

- The development of internationalization strategies for Western Balkan partners was supported.

- Collaboration between VET providers, employment agencies, and economic stakeholders was strengthened.

- New sector-specific training circuits were introduced.

The workshop also provided a platform for networking and engaging discussions, reaffirming the importance of joint efforts in shaping the future of VET in Kosovo.
