On 9-11 May 2022, MoVET project moved to Podgorica, Montenegro for the 3 days of the 2nd Design Thinking Workshop, hosted by MoVET partner EAM, Employment Agency of Montenegro Zavod za zapošljavanje Crne Gore. MoVET partners from the Western Balkans ZOPT Centat Za Obrazovanje and Secondary School of Pljevlja also participated during the workshop.
The first day started with the phase of Discovery and Define where the team was updated with needs, desires, expectations, challenges that learners and staff of partner organisations have.
The second day, MoVET partners envisioned their future within the next 20 years. Weaknesses and the strengths of each organization were mentioned, and created a shared vision for Montenegrian partners. The "How Might we" approach was selected as the solution-oriented path.
The third and last day, the team practiced active thinking through the 5 Bold Steps vision Canvas that allowed to gather all new learnings of the entire workshop, shared our expectations and next steps ahead in thre internationalisation journey.
Last but not least, the discussion was focused on networking models and the immediate future of the MoVET project.
